1. Clarify: Help your organization (or your “departments”) to identify and share its purpose, because the clearer it is, the more it can mobilize and help decision making. We also diagnose teams as to their ability to function by detecting room for improvement and levers for action.

2. Bootstrap: Implement decentralized work practices, articulated around collective intelligence methods.

3. Change: Your way, at your pace, HappyWork allows you to discover, test and eventually adopt Holacracy.

WE ARE passionate by organizational development, keen on individual, team and organizational coaching, carrying proven experiences of management.
