Upgrading from Constitution v4.1 to v5.0 is an online course designed for organizations that have recently made the switch to version 5.0, or are exploring the upgrade. You’ll get an understanding of what changes in version 5.0 compared to version 4.1, and you’ll also get peer learning and expert coaching to answer any questions the course surfaces for you.

Most courses are made of self-paced content. You need a general computer or even a tablet/mobile to log in to the platform and access the content. However, we recommend using a computer for a better experience.

Additionally, the Holacracy Practitioner Training includes live sessions, for which you will need the typical equipment of an online knowledge worker: a calendar to receive invitations to the scheduled live sessions, a microphone and webcam for participating in the live sessions, and a reliable internet connection capable of handling online video meetings.
