Heir to l’institut iGi, founded in 2008 by Bernard Marie Chiquet, Nova Consul is a research and practice institute, and a training center that addresses all types of organizations and supports committed leaders wishing to evolve towards a new way of leading centered on the creation of values.

A pioneer in 2010, we imported Holacracy from the United States and were the first in the world to be accredited as a "Premier Provider" for our privileged role in its distribution and development, and the only company in the french-speaking world authorized to deliver training and certification.

In 2019, following the support of over 150 organizations in France, Europe and North America, of all sizes (from 2 to 800,000 people) and in all sectors (industry, IT, commerce, banking, agriculture, research, public sector...), it is formalizing "Constitutional Management®", a new customized and augmented model, which addresses the 6 territories of organizational transformation.
