HappyWork has been a licensed Holacracy® Provider since 2018.
Holacracy Providers are trained and certified to help other organizations adopt the Holacracy framework. Each provider has been assessed for their ability to coach teams through real-world implementation.
Internally, HappyWork has also been using the Holacracy framework since 2014, and has adopted the full Holacracy Constitution as part of their own organizational practice.
