Energized.org has been a licensed Holacracy® Provider since 2015.
Holacracy Providers are trained and certified to help other organizations adopt the Holacracy framework. Each provider has been assessed for their ability to coach teams through real-world implementation.
Internally, Energized.org has also been using the Holacracy framework since 2015, and has adopted the full Holacracy Constitution as part of their own organizational practice.

Purpose: We help organizations create a culture of ownership through self-governance
Together, the coaches of Energized.org have supported over 150 organizations on their self-organization journey.
Co-founder Diederick Janse brought Holacracy to The Netherlands in 2007 and co-authored Getting Teams Done in 2013, the first book in the world about Holacracy (though unfortunately in Dutch only, at the time - English and Chinese translations are now available under the title Getting Started with Holacracy).
Today, Energized.org has built a name in helping pioneering, fast-growing organizations such as Springest, Viisi, bol.com, Voys, Impact Hub, KPN, Enreach, the Dutch tax authority, Hike One, SnappCar, Secrid, Metabolic, and Vattenfall adopt self-organization practices. In addition, Energized.org supports a growing Dutch community of over 1,000 practitioners and tens of organizations interested in self-organization and Holacracy, organizing regular meetups and workshops around the country.
