Ahimsagram

Purpose: Creating a collaborative world at home and workspaces.

Trainings in Nonviolent Communication and self management practices.

Why We Started With Holacracy

Wanted to work where people take charge of their roles and become stake holders. Also to offer dignity of work for all. Needed an effective collaborative system.

Our Biggest Win

Things go on without me running the show and I can enjoy my personal space and passions.

Our Biggest Challenge

Personal stories, triggers and wound that the team members bring which we were not able to address in the governance.

How they practice Holacracy

Ahimsagram is using version 4.1 of the Holacracy Constitution. This version doesn't allow to adopt only parts of the Constitution—so they're applying it in full. While there are key differences, the core structure and practices remain largely similar to the latest version.
