Description

The Holacracy Constitution is the foundation of the framework — it’s what defines how authority works, how decisions get made, and how roles interact. But let’s be honest: reading through it on your own can feel a little overwhelming.

We don't have a free trial. However we do provide teaser videos of the courses on each course page to help you gauge if the course is a good fit for your needs.

Most courses are made of self-paced content. You need a general computer or even a tablet/mobile to log in to the platform and access the content. However, we recommend using a computer for a better experience.

Additionally, the Holacracy Practitioner Training includes live sessions, for which you will need the typical equipment of an online knowledge worker: a calendar to receive invitations to the scheduled live sessions, a microphone and webcam for participating in the live sessions, and a reliable internet connection capable of handling online video meetings.
