The Holacracy movement progresses thanks largely to the support of an inspired community of evolutionary thinkers and change agents. If you see the potential in Holacracy and want to contribute, we'd love to hear from you. There are many ways to get involved and support the movement:

Get Connected

A good first step is simply to join our mailing list to stay connected and learn of new possibilities for involvement as they emerge. Beyond that, the learning and connections made at our events often serve to catalyze new relationships and possibilities; they also help supporters learn to communicate Holacracy effectively, which makes it easier to find opportunities and garner support from others. Professional consultants and change agents may consider exploring our licensing program, so they can integrate Holacracy consulting and implementation services into their offerings.

Share the Learning

Whether through self-study or a workshop, once you're comfortable describing Holacracy's principles and practices to others there are many additional ways to support the movement. One is simply by sharing your own inspiration with other interested parties to further Holacracy's the grass-roots spread of Holacracy, either directly or through online forums, traditional publications, and the like. Another is to help us host an event in your area, perhaps by helping to market an event and coordinate local logistics. Or consider helping a company you know learn about Holacracy and evaluate adopting it; if you have a relationship with a target company and want some help with the pitch, contact us and we'll put you in touch with a Licensed Holacracy Practitioner who can help.

Donate

The social vision for Holacracy is wide-sweeping, and funding such a movement is no small task - financial contributions can be extremely impactful in making the vision a reality. Those with the means to support the movement financially may consider making a monetary contribution, either directly to HolacracyOne or via a tax-deductible donation to a Holacracy support fund we're in the process of establishing. Another simple way to contribute financially while supporting further learning is to attend one of our events, or contact us to sponsor a scholarship for someone else to do so.
