Video: Governance Simulation

Where there are multiple people there are multiple perspectives. For a team working towards some aim, integrating diverse views provides a more accurate and complete map of reality, allowing more informed decisions and better navigation of the territory ahead. This 90-minute recording of a live simulation shows a Holacracy governance meeting and highlights the Integrative Decision-Making process used within, which integrates multiple perspectives without devolving into the tyranny of consensus.
