Founded in 2009, ZENTRUM FÜR INTEGRALE FÜHRUNG (Center for Integral Leadership) is an internationally active consultancy, based in Vienna (Austria).  Rooted in the systemic tradition, our consultants draw on extensive experience in facilitating organizational change and in assisting leaders and teams in the co-creation of desired realities.
