Learning Path

Intrigued about Holacracy and curious to learn more?  Here's a path to action:

Step 1 – Kick the Tires:  Attend an Intro Workshop

The first step towards deeper participation in the Holacracy movement is to get the full introduction to the practice at one of HolacracyOne’s introductory workshops. This starting-point course offers a cognitive overview of the Holacracy operating system, along with an experiential taste of its key processes.  The Introductory Workshop serves as both a stand-alone event as well as a pre-requisite for the deeper Certification Training and further next-steps with Holacracy.

Step 2 – Take a Deep Dive:  Attend the Certification Training

This follow-on to the Introductory Workshop is the most in-depth Holacracy training available. Over 5 immersive days, participants learn how to facilitate Holacracy meetings and processes in alignment with the principles of dynamic steering.  Participants will practice under the guidance and coaching of experts, while learning how to address many of the challenges and nuances that emerge during the actual application of Holacracy.

Individuals successfully completing this course and a follow-up assessment earn HolacracyOne's Certified Holacracy Practitioner™ credential after, as part of our Individual Certification Program

Step 3 – Apply the Learning:  Adopt Holacracy, Get Licensed, etc.

There are many paths to deepen or apply the learning after completing the Certification Training.  Some will move towards adopting Holacracy internally within their organization; others will use its processes on a team or large project.  Professional consultants may at this point have their firms embark on HolacracyOne's licensing program to offer Holacracy implementation to clients.  And anyone looking to deepen their learning further will find occasional advanced trainings offerred exclusively for Certified Practitioners, as well as a wealth of deeper learning and engagement opportunities within the Holacracy Community of Practice.
