Tom Thomison

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial and professional experience, Mr. Thomison has carried responsibilities spanning most aspects of business, including strategy development, finance, operations, human resources, marketing, technology, and business development. He has founded three companies, one of which was sold in a public transaction, and has helped grow several startup organizations. In addition to his direct business leadership experience, Mr. Thomison has served as a management consultant to small and medium sized businesses in the areas of strategy, human resources, technology, and marketing, and he has consulted to Fortune class companies in the areas of business process analysis, documentation, and enterprise technology management. He currently works with HolacracyOne, which he co-founded in 2007 to further develop the innovative Holacracy™ business practice and package it for broader adoption and consumption. Brian Robertson

Brian Robertson is known internationally as an early pioneer of Holacracy™, a new organizational operating system noted for dramatically increasing agility, transparency, innovation, and accountability. Mr. Robertson's initial work with Holacracy took place at Ternary Software, an award-winning fast-growth software consulting company he founded in 2001 and led as CEO through 2007. The company continually experimented with new methods of organizing and working together, while integrating the work of many cutting-edge movements and thought-leaders. The resulting system was named Holacracy and made its public debut in 2006 via interviews and writings, including a prominent article in the Wall Street Journal. Holacracy has continued to evolve and spread in the years since under the stewardship of HolacracyOne, an organization Mr. Robertson co-founded to further develop the method and bring it to the world, and it is now an international movement with a broad community of supporters.
