Practitioner Certification Training (Orange County, CA)

The most in-depth Holacracy training available, this 5-day experience helps participants learn how to facilitate Holacracy's meetings and processes in alignment with the principles of Dynamic Steering. Participants will practice under the guidance and coaching of experts, while learning how to address the many challenges and nuances that emerge during the actual application of Holacracy. Successful completion of this training conveys our Certified Holacracy Practitioner credential, and also serves as the first step in the Holacracy licensing program for professional consultants.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for this event are refundable less a 10% fee until 30 days before the event. After this, cancellations are non-refundable, however substitutions are welcomed.

Travel Information

There are many hotels within a few miles of the venue. For convenience and overall price to value, we recommend the Comfort Suites Huntington Beach, which is a very short walk from the training venue. Guests with cars may also want to consider the Courtyard Marriott or Marriott Residence Inn in Fountain Valley, just a few minutes away. The latter offers suites with kitchens and living rooms, including suites with two private bedrooms/baths for roughly the same price as two hotel rooms elsewhere.

The closest airport to the venue is John Wayne Airport (SNA), a regional airport just a few miles away with many flight and carrier options. There are several other nearby regional airports as well, and Los Angeles International (LAX) is also conveniently accessed via shared-ride van, private car, or rental car.
