Upgrading Compensation Systems

What aspects of traditional compensation systems will limit the paradigm shift Holacracy aims for?  What alternative approaches have been tried, and what principles can we hold and use as we redesign compensation systems?  We'll share some thoughts and stories, although this is a topic still very much in an exploratory phase, and we'll pursue that exploration together live on this call.
