Certification & Licensing Overview
Holacracy is an organizational process submitted for a US business method patent and registered under appropriate international patent treaties. Upon formal grant of patent-pending status, HolacracyOne intends to provide an open license enabling any organization to practice Holacracy without charge for its own internal organizational purposes.
Beyond this open license, HolacracyOne offers a path to Holacracy certification and licensing for individuals and organizations interested in more direct participation in the growing Holacracy movement. This path is summarized below:
