A Letter from the Chairman: Reflecting on the Holacracy Movement

Thanks to you, there are now dozens of organizations using Holacracy, hundreds of people trained in its methods, and many hundreds more download Holacracy articles every month to learn about the practice. Two years ago the word "Holacracy" didn't exist - now it generates thousands of google hits, with more articles, blogs posts, and news about Holacracy popping up every month across six continents and many languages. Our best estimate is that tens of thousands have now been exposed to Holacracy, maybe more. And even as we've ramped up more explicit promotional activities at HolacracyOne, our impact continues to be dwarfed by the grass-roots, viral spread spurred along by Holacracy enthusiasts around the world.
At HolacracyOne we're supporting the movement as best we can, and between our efforts and yours we believe this year will see Holacracy's impact in the world compounded significantly. For our part, we've got two major new Holacracy implementations coming up in the next few months, a growing training schedule, a growing mailing list of supporters and advocates, and we're executing a strong push to develop case studies and metrics to complement the many anecdotal accounts of Holacracy's results. We are also very pleased to be supporting several Licensed Holacracy Practitioners now, who are helping to spread the practice all around the world.
To all of our supporters and to everyone else who has listened with an open heart and shared our passion for this work, we extend a hearty "Thank You!", and a continued invitation to share this journey with us, as together we offer a new form of organization to a world in need.
